Canada stretches from the Pacific Ocean in the west to the Atlantic Ocean in the east and the Arctic Ocean in the north.It shares borders with Denmark's Greenland to the northeast, France's Saint Pierre and Miquelon to the east, the contiguous United States to the south, and Alaska to the northwest.With an area of 9.98467 million square kilometers, it is the second-largest country in the world, with most of its land within the Arctic Circle. The population is mainly concentrated along the southern Great Lakes.
